which distro you are using
and have you changed timer frequency to 1000 hz
as most distros default timing is 100hz
>Timer frequency (1000 HZ)
(change to 1000Hz if using ztdummy for timer)
as per scratch install
as its very important for ztdummy to work properly in load
but then also ztdummy gives voice problems
if you take my suggestion get a cheap x100p clone card
even a Motorola 62802-51 chipset internal modem will also
used instead of x100p

loadavg is not a percentage number, what is your loadavg when you are having problems?
What kind of internet connection do you have?

Hi
iam not this may be the solution, but I had some time back same problem
after that i have fixed with codecs
can you post you sip.conf
show translation from asterisk cli
what is the codec server side
and what is the codec you are using client side
if you are using passthrough codecs you get this kind of problems
thats what my experiences
