[HELP] Inbound call distribution

Hello Matt, Op3r and everyone else...


Im having some issues with an inbound campaing im testing... it seems that some agents are getting MOST of the calls and some are getting close to none.... how can I verify that the system is working correctly?

I have tried both oldest_call_finish and oldest_call_start.


Where should i look up what is going on?


Ideas??

Take a look at the vicidial_closer_log and see if the agents really had less calls. You could also take a look at the agent performance detail report and the vicidial_agent_log table to see what actually happened.

for my opinion you can put "oldest call finish" as this will distibute the calls evenly..

Thank you for your replies Gerski and Matt...


I will try to keep an eye on that....

I let you know how things develop... we are currently testing this with 10 agents and if things go well this agents would get payed by number of calls... so it is VERY important that this are distributed evenly... we are still in the testing phase.
