no more numbers in campaign

Hi Matt,
we are doing a campaign manually dialing by clicking next on the screen. after the call is dispositioned we get a messages saying no more records in the list. What are we doing wrong. when we check there are still over 2k records in the list

What is your hopper level set to?

That is set to 1.

try setting it up much higher.. actually it depends on your seat. you can try adjusting it to 100.

is there any thumb rule that
depends on the number of seater we keep the hoper leve X

any suggestion or documents to calculate

hopper level is the maximum number of calls that you can place per minute. It is a good idea to set this to twice the number of calls you want to place per minute..
