SIP Trunk problem

I'm using asterisk 1.2.12.1
I have installed and tried predictive dialing to the x100p card and it goes through fine and passes the information to the agent, but when I tried it on the sip trunk it says it dials on the asterisk terminal screen but it doesn't pass the information to the agent screen.
Also when I try to do manual dial it goes through. What could possibly be wrong?

your channels are probably not resolving.
you can either make sure you are registered with the same connection information or you can use the sip-silence Playback to force resolution. For the sip-silence take a look at the 2.0.2b2 release in the docs/conf_examples/extensions.conf.sample file at the bottom of the file.
