How to troubleshoot with the help of logs properly ?

I have an issue that my agents log out from the astguiclient at 1 AM and 7 AM.

I am trying to catch this through the logs. However, I see so many created. Which one can be my best bet,

1) this is a support request, not a general discussion

2)

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

3)

easiest method is to clean out the folder at 12:55AM and then copy them all as soon as the agents get logged out at 1AM (so now you have files with content from 12:55AM until the logout moment, nothing after). then your "search" will be greatly reduced.

4) did you follow the advice in the other thread regarding moving the cron jobs away from the 1AM (all of them)?
