This message appear when I put a 5 length number in the phone list of vicidial.
when I put an other number length ( > = 8 ), it works.

What country are you in that uses 5 digit numbers for people?
the more recent releases have changed to be 6 or higher digits.
It should be fairly easy to add 9999 infront of your numbers as a quick fix and then just take them out in the dialplan when it is time to dial.
