I have tried several times installing ViciBox Redux v 3.1 but always got stuck on the disk partition part, I have changed hard disk and now have bought a brand new 500G HD.

This is what happen when I run os-install, after going through some steps the summar screen show me the following setup:

"The boot loader is installed on a partition that is not entirely below 128 GB, the system might not boot."

If I ignore this message and go through the installation then after installation when I reboot my machine the machine do not reboot and get an error on the screen.

More details of the summar screen is as below:

System

* Processor : AMD Athlon (Tm) 64 processor 3500_
* Main Memory: (896MB). I know this is less but this is just trial install.

Partitioning
* Create swap volume /dev/sda1 (4.01 GB)
* Create root volume /dev/sda2 (461.75 GB) with ext 3

Booting

"The boot loader is installed on a partition that is not entirely below 128 GB, the system might not boot."

* Boot Loader Type: GRUB
* Status Location ./dev/sda2 ("/")
* Change Location
+ Boot from MBR is disabled (enable)
+ Boot from "/" partion is enabled (disable)
* Section:
+ OpenSUSE 11.3 (default)
+ Fail Safe -- OpenSUSe 11.3

Any Help is appreciated.

32 or 64 bit?

Can you tell us what the error is after you reboot? Is it booting off the hard-drive or trying to boot from something else? What is the hard-drive attached on? Do you have some kind of motherboard raid stuff enabled?

There are lots of reasons why it could not be rebooting. I need more information if you would like my help.
