Cannot login to phone

SIP phones are registered with Asterisk, no problem.
But when I try to login via it says "Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system..."
I've ran the grants, the phones are listed under Asterisk Admin, with matching passwords and IP's.
But when I try to login I don't see it in the CLI.

THere are two sections where the user/phone need to be added
What verison of VICIDIAL are you using?
2.0.1bX you need to add the phone/user under users (with user username/pass and phone username/pass) and under phones section as well.

Interesting, yes Active account does not set automatically as the doc indicates. Thanks!
It logged in and prompted me for an agent login.
Now it says No leads in the hopper even though there are.

That is bazaar uhmm.. force a reset of the hopper and run /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl and see if it populates the hopper again.

OK, what parameter do I need to use with AST_VDhopper.pl?

Well I guess cron took care of that. It's now populated.
I still cannot login though.

What does "Sorry, there are no available sessions" mean when you try to login?
Hmm, just noticed the new extensions I added are not showing up, though on a manual check in mysql I see them.
I also discovered that certain things would come back from when I used dual servers. Maybe the problem is reading from browser cash. Also when I add a new phone, on the detail screen all is empty.
Definitely some communications problems.

Do you have entries in the vicidial_conferences table for this server_ip?

Yes, but I had localhost (from your suggestion for easier moving). I changed it to the IP and I can now login. Though it did not call my phone.
I checked the hopper and it's populated, maybe resetting it will help.
At this point I'm probably going to drop the db and recreate it to ensure it only has IP's.

You need to enter your phone's details in either the sip.conf or iax.conf files for registration, the you need to add it's dialplan entry in extensions.conf, then reload Asterisk on the Asterisk CLI.

Does this mean, if i want to add a phone then need to do it manually at sip.conf? then add in phone db?
can we do realtime on sip?
thanks

yes.. you need to input your phones in sip.conf as well in the web admin interface, in order to integrate both system and asterisk.
