Inbound call Not hanging Up

Hi


I have problem with inbound calls problem
when the call finished, if the dialer side hangup
other side Phone hanging,

but when the other side Phone hangs up first, still i see the call
on, i need to press Hangupcustomer, and dispose the calls

is this default behaviour or its going to hangup automatically
when other side Phone hangup.

any suggestions

Yes, you need to click HANGUP to move on to disposition the call. This is because you may need time to log the call or change customer information in the form or add comments.

where can i set the the call time out
if none of them are logged in to conference ?

Timeout is in the code of vicidial.php. You will have to search for it. I believe it is set to 30 seconds.

Isnt it available in campaign field .. default is 60 :)
