3 Way Call (Transfer Conference) to Local Clocer

Standard install with updates on install. (1 server with telephony, database, etc)

Hi All, I am tryng to transfer to a closer (via blended calling) and all I can do is basically Blind transfer (I get cut from call)

Really need a 3 way call before I drop out.
Is a standard feature for external feature, just not sure if this feature exists for internal closer group.

i have been through the managers manual and can not find info.

Straight transfer when agent gets dropped works fine.

Any help appreciated.

After 6 hrs of headache and 3 min after post We worked it out. Here is solution for others.

In Transfer-Conf Number 1 in Campaign (D1) add
CXFER

Agent pushes D1 and Clicks dial with Customer.

Leave 3 way afterwards

If anyone likes to add info would appreciate.

That is for an older version, you don't need to use CXFER anymore with current svn/trunk
