Having cleared out the perl module bug things work much better. But I get this odd thing.
I login as an agent and it dials the phone, and you can see:
Channel SIP/201-096b8c70 was answered.
Starting SIP/201-096b8c70 at default,,1 failed so falling back to exten 's'
Starting SIP/201-096b8c70 at default,s,1 still failed so falling back to context 'default'
Sent into invalid extension 's' in context 'default' on SIP/201-096b8c70
Executing Playback("SIP/201-096b8c70", "invalid") in new stack
The dial command being passed along is incomplete and chasing through things I've not yet gotten familiar enough to able to see where it's supposed to come from.

Its a dialplan error .. check that vicidial is not putting extra 9 ( in campaign settings ) and proper countrycode in leads .. or just adjust ur dialplan accordingly ..
If u see just few lines above the lins u posted ( cli ) then it will show what number vicidial tried to call .
