I have a question regarding the "reports" screen, several of my lines read as "dead" under the "campaign" heading, and are highlited in black. i am curious as to what this means, if anyone could help me out id apprieciate it greatly.

If you are doing an inbound campaign, the lines can show up as dead if the vicidial_log entry shows an end time and the agents is still shown as active on the call.
