I noticed that when you install ViciDial there is a system status called AB - Auto Busy. I expected this to be the equivalent for NA - No Answer Auto meaning this status is given when the dialer sets the status instead of an agent. But i noticed the dialer also uses B status code and AB is never used.
Is this by design and if so, why? Can i make the dialer use AB and B for agents only? If not, can i delete AB status code?

We planned on making this change but have not yet implemented it. It should just involve making a few small changes in the FastAGI_log.pl script.

Hi, Matt, sorry to necro-post this thread 12 years later
We noticed in a more recent SVN that leads that are auto dialed can get the status AB in the call log but in the vicidial_list they get status B. Is this on purpose?
