get call launch not working for incomming calls

vicidial VERSION: 2.4-309a|BUILD: 110430-1642 | digium card | vicibox_redux | upgraded from 2.2.1 to 2.4 manually


i am using vicidial for incomming calls only.

i have entered my own crm link in campaign webform with
VARhttp://XX.XX.XX.XX/

also i have entered the same in the igroup webform target.

get call launch = webform.


but whenever i get a incomming call the webform is not opening automatically , i need to press it manually.

is there any setting for crm pop for incomming calls

Do you get any errors in the Firefox Error Console when this happens?

no errors

i am not getting any errors.

only the call landing and there is no popup or redirect to the webform url

upgraded from 2.2.1 to 2.4 manually
Describe this process in a bit more detail if you will.

hi william

i installed the vicibox_redux , and while installing i didnt select the svn trunk version of the vicidial , so it installed the vicidial 2.2.1 version.

after that i download svn trunk version and upgraded as per the UPGRADE instructions.

Not to be picky, but ... that's not a whole lot of detail. Please try again. (NO, don't list the upgrade instructions, just list what YOU did ...)

also list your dbschema (which may contain a hint if there are problems)

If this is an incoming campign. would not have to put the setting of webform and Get Call Launch on the inbound group instead of the campaign?

Note that i am asking, not claiming.

also, why "VARhttp://XX.XX.XX.XX/" instead of "http://XX.XX.XX.XX/" since you seem to have no variables?

if anyone else stumbles upon this issue.
Safari gives no error, but in Chrome you get a notice regarding the pop-up blocker. So check your pop-up blocker if you have this issue.

its pop-up blocked in you browser.
uncheck -> Block Pop-up in your browser.
