Calls in CALL MENU not dispayed in "Real-Time Main Repo

Have anybody the same issue with calls in CALLMENU not displayed in the real time report?
Basically I set up a DID with it's route in a CALLMENU. I would like to see the calls served by this CALL MENU in the real time report but it looks that is not so simple.
installation: vicibox server Redux 3.1.10
svn update today from
VERSION: 2.4-310a
BUILD: 110506-1537
to
VERSION: 2.4-324a
BUILD: 110707-1402
The CALL MENU have "Track Calls in Real-Time Report" option set to 1.
If "Tracking Group" option have the default option (CALLMENU) the call served by the CALLMENU is not displayed in the real time report
If "Tracking Group" option is set to one of the INBOUND Groups the call is displayed in the real time report and marked with status "IVR" and campaign "SALES" (as this is the correspondent campaign of the chosen Inbound group).
@Matt - should I fill a ticket for this or am I doing something wrong?
