im getting on the dialer that i dispositioned a customer as interested and im getting the same girl again.. i talk to her like 3 times already.... what can it be where can i go to fix it?

check the dial statuses you selected in the campaign menu

check if you are recycling leads

check if the lead is entered multiple times
