when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
____________
20110901-120759 vs 20110902-030759

Looks like a TZ issue. but you have not described your system ... so ...

Its a goautodial install.

I already changed the timezone and this still happened. Maybe change the hardware clock will fix it. ill try it later tonight.

check those 2 leads to see if gmt_offset_now differs in vicidial_list-table
and post your configuration, version and stuff as williamconley wrote

Good Day,

Just noticed this today:

[2016-10-04 16:49:23] -- Executing [8309@default:2] Monitor("Local/58600055@default-00001bc0;1", "wav,RRHL_006_20161005-044922_9727682496") in new stack

I also checked the hwclock and its correct.

What might be the possible source/s of this besides TZ/HWCLOCK settings?

Did you already figure this out Op3r?

Thanks ...

Also make sure agent has correct "timezone" not just the time. Other thing I would love to check

timezone of server
timezone in php.ini on Database and telephony server
timezone or GMT of phone in Vicidial
timezone OR GMT of leads

This is an excellent question. But I don't see an answer to this, unless I overlooked it.

I wonder if Vicidial shouldn't go the way of many other packages: Store everything the UTC and modify during exports and downloads and views to "local".
