3 way conference, direct inject of transfer numbers?

Hi all,

Quick question. I have a web form that integrates with a CRM to get list of field agents and phone numbers. Is there a way to inject number to call for a 3 way conf from the web form? There may be 100 numbers, so presets are out and manual dial is prone to mis keys.

In short, can web form paste number for 3 way conf into agent screen?

please never use "latest". We require the actual installed version of vicidial to offer assistance. Not a huge rule, but for the free help and the free software, a pretty cheap price to pay.

And as for your answer, it is possible for you to hire a programmer that can use javascript to move values and alter them in the agent screen ... but that would require modification of the agent page, which is awkward.

IF, however, you are merely looking for the result (another presence in the conference, generated without human interaction), this is what the agent api is for. Have a look at both the api and the non-agent-api documentation in /usr/src/astguiclient/VERSION/docs
