on-hook agent status=ring

VERSION: 2.4-338a | BUILD: 110923-2043 | raysolomon guide for installation| digium e1 card| no extra software.
using only for inbound.


i am using the Onhook agent method
while loggin as agent it shows ready but after some time it show ring as dialstatus for all agents , due to this no calls landing to the agents.
again i have relogin all.
call startegy is fewest calls.

Thanks for posting your specs!

Consider upgrading to the latest version of Vicidial (and be sure you allow it to install the sample configuration files when you upgrade!).

If that does not resolve your problem:

Asterisk CLI from the end of a call that does not automatically change your agent back to "Ready" as it ends.

You can also check your agi logs. Very helpful (/var/log/astguiclient) especially if you empty that log folder, then test a call, then check the resulting logs ... without any other traffic on the system.

I am facing the same problem and below is my details:

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-403a, Build 130510-1350, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine

What is the reason for this problem? Has been determined?
