Weird recordings

Hey guys,
I 'm experiencing issues with the recordings. I put the thing on "record all calls".
What I'm not understanding is how come I get recording in duplicates and triplicates... and also is there a way to make the recordings shorter?
There are many recordings the first 30 or 40 seconds are empty (just the calls forwarding to the PTSN), and then the call actually starts.

Thanks for posting your specs! Welcome aboard!
You will need to describe the configuration in a bit more detail. Which setting on which page did you set to record all? What kind of campaigns are these? (Inbound/Outbound/Manual/Auto ...)

Are these inbound phone calls? If yes you can initiate recordings in two different ways. One is in the DID route, and one is in the ingroup. If you have both setup you will get doubled up recordings. The DID route option is so you can record the person from the moment they enter the system till the moment they hang up. This is so you can hear the customer on hold and them moving through the IVR. The ingroup option is to just record the call to the agent.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to me and the welcome. The campaign is outbound and on Ratio dial mode (one line at a time), In detail views, I set the Campaign Recording option to "ALLCALLS".
