Guys, i have 3 preset transfer number set on my campaign, problem is when i do trasnfer a call and select D1(1st preset) and wont connect would like to hangup teh trasnfer number but problme is its grayed out i cant click on it and press D2 to dial the other number to be able to connect..So this si the issue everytime i transfer call i cant click the xfer hangup button coz its grayed out so i dont have no choice but hangup both line or leave 3 way calls.

Any idea on this, coz i have tried on previosu version this should be working fine that if i cant connect i can hnagup transfer then select other number to transfer..is this a bug

Isn't the purpose of transfer to turn control over to the 3rd party? So now that they are in control, you can't control the call (by hanging up ...). Perhaps you want a consultative transfer? or just a 3-way call?

Have you read the manual regarding the idiosyncrasies of 3-way calls and consultative transfers?

Yes, but my purpose is i have several preset number on my Transfer COnf which i would like to select if one is not reachable.But the problem if i press D1 and dial the number i was not able to ring the number and wanted to try the other preset number(D2) i cant hangup the xfer call becasue the Xfer hangup button is grayed out(disable) what i can do only is hangup both lines or leave 2 way call- which is not possible because i will lost the client., i have tried 3 setup but this still happening with latest SVN trunk. 2.4..is this a bug.?

Also, please post your installation method (with version if prebuilt installer or link to instructions if manual).

LOL. I did not suggest the term would be found directly. Did you read the managers manual regarding 3-way calls and consultative transfer?
