When using the predictive dialing which option is best? Average, Hard Limit or Tapered?
Would appreciate any advice!

If there would be one answer for that question you wouldn't need this choice.
If you have less then 25 agents I think it is better to use RATIO.

Adaptive Average does just fine but you have to set it to be a bit more aggressive for smaller centers of 5-10 agents. Anything less than 5 use ratio.
The managers manual explains a lot of this stuff. I strongly recommend you buy it if you have not already.
