All installation and configuration problems and questions

I am a home worker for a company that uses vicidial. I do not know the build or version number at this point. I must also tell you that I have worked for this company many times.
I am being told that there is some sort of plugin that needs to be installed before I can go to work for them this time. This has been going on for several days.
I have gone so far as to contact the company that markets this interface software. They are as mystified as me. I am beginning to suspect that they may have re-shaped the company and my style of marketing (TOTALLY ABOVE-BOARD WITH NO DISHONESTY!!) does not fit the commercial grade they are looking for.
Any ideas (NO BASHING PLEASE) are welcome

If you post the website address that you have to go to to login as an agent we can tell you the version you are using.
As for plugins, standard vicidial doesn't require any plugins to use, although if you are using the Zoiper webphone that does require a plugin, which is auto-installed when you login.
