vicidial VERSION: 2.4-352a |BUILD: 111227-1938 |scratch install raysolomon) |digium te121 e1 card |centos 5.7|intel i3 server

hi this is inbound center. were i comfigure the did but calls not routing to did route slected. below is the cli

accepting call from '989898987' to '501' on channel 0/1, span 1

501 i have configured as did and did route to ingourp (also tried voicemaill )but same error any

thanks for posting your specs.

you state that you configured did 501 to ingroup ... did you choose WHICH ingroup?

did you use the default DID configuration First, which plays ss-no-service and then goodbye and hangs up (to be sure THAT function works, which confirms that Vicidial can manage the call, THEN modify it to an ingroup ...).
