Hello,
I've set up Vicidial properly and everything works as its supposed to. However, my client wants to be able to skip the closer inbound group selection since they only have one single campaign and they don't want to have the agent choose the inbound groups he'll be answering.
Is there any way to pre-configure this so that every login goes straight to the Vicidial Agent main screen, without asking for the inbound groups to choose?
Regards,

@ ccabrera
Are you doing Blended Campaign..? coz if yes then you have two option only either Closer or Blended only. But if your not then probably disable Blended function on Campaign and you'll go straight to Outbound Dialing.

You can go into each agents and set agent choose ingroup and agent choose blended to 0. Then set agent default blended to 1 and go through the ingroups and select the ingroups you want the agent in. When the agent goes to log in they will not be given the option to select the ingroups.

Thank you Michael, that gets close enough. However, I'm still prompted with the green screen where the only thing I can do is click on submit, since I've already preselected the groups for every user.
Is there a way to tell Vici that if no groups are available for you to select, I should just skip that window?
Thanks,

No. If Allow Inbound and Blended is set this green screen will always show up.
