Hi guys!
I have an interesting behaviour in my server. I am looking at the realtime report and some fields are not showing accurate information. For example. The drop percentage is around 9% at the current moment and in this screen it shows 0%. Also, the dial level is not auto-populated It sets to whatever value I set in the campaign modification screen. Could anyone hint me as where to start looking for erros? Also the ammount of current active calls is off, I have 3 agnets in calls and this value shows a 2.
Thanks!

1. Are you looking at the campaign-specific realtime report, or the overall Realtime Report?
2. When did you install the version you are currently running?
3. Has this ever shown proper data?

If you have multiple campaigns set up it will show the data for all campaigns unless you specify the one you want. All data can get a little weird. Also you might want to try setting the Inbound option to N as the inbound stats can cause the outbound stats to look weird as well.

It is happening in a system that only has one campaign running. We're starting to implement Vici in the call center and this is just the first project that we're seting up. The dropped percentage always shows 0, the dial level is not being updated (I have ADAPT_AVERAGE). I'm not sure that it is actually calculating and setting it up. I have another system, twin to this ine, with the same build and all (and from the same svn checkout -I used the same /trunk directory to update both boxes) and the other one is working fine. I guess I will do the reinstalltion of the latest svn version again and see how that goes....

It sounds like the Adapt script is not running properly. Try running this on the cmd line and post the output:
/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDadapt.pl --debugX
