Hello, first of all, thanks for all of your efforts. I can't imagine how I could've possibly start my business if it weren't for your work.
Here's the suite I am using.

My problem is that when I try to call the number that is supposed to be my agent's, I hear the phone ringing but it doesn't show on my softphone (eyeBeam).
I've configured a new carrier, SIP, it's a french system called audiotel. I made all the settings as explained by my clients. Everything seem to work fine, except for my agent to answer.
I have this problem with one agent who's on the computer I used to make the settings.
On the eyeBeam screen it shows : Ready. (as normal)
But it seems that my server isn't leading the number to the softphone.
I think that I screwed the link when I logged in admin mode.
On the vicidial admin area, it shows that the agent isn't logged in.
I tried to log but it doesn't seem to work, it stays on the login screen.
1) What have I done wrong ?
2) Is there a way for me to log the agent with admin mode ?
3) Is the agent supposed to log in on the web interface even though he's just supposed to receive calls ?
I am sorry if my questions aren't clever, but I am a real beginner.
