CANNOT EDIT/CHANGE DISPOSITION

Hi,

i have this scenario that agents accidentally choose the wrong disposition for the call.

and when i try to log in in admin section and search for the lead, then tried to change the disposition, unfortunately, it only prompted me 3 items from the drop down list ( DO NOT CALL, (the disposition chosen by the rep), CBHOLD - scheduled call back.

is there anyway i can still edit/change the disposition of that particular lead?

Please post your installation method with version (or a link to instructions you used if manually installed).

Have you edited your "System Statuses"? Did you remove all System Statuses except for the ones you mentioned?

Any lead can be modified via phpMyAdmin / direct mysql access in ssh. But that requires a trust of the person making the changes (as the entire system can be broken by having the wrong person modify mysql data directly).

hi william,

im not sure what you mean by installation method with version. since we were just provided with a URL in order for us to access the vicidial. we dont have any access in mysql database.

yes, i edited the system statuses. we added some statuses that we need for reporting purposes.

this happens randomly. sometimes, i am able to choose from the dispositions avaialble. but for some time and some reason, it happens that there were only 3 items from the drop down list available to choose/edit

In that case, you need to list your "Provider" site. And you should certainly ask them what the installer version is. You'll also need to ask if this is "Stock" Vicidial or if it has been modified. If this is "Vicihost", then it IS stock Vicidial.

Are you saying that your available statuses ... change from minute to minute? Or is it that it is different on different campaigns?

Did you "Delete" any of the system statuses?
