Question on Blended Campaign

Hi,

I have 1 program with 5 outbound campaigns that are Inbound and blended enabled. Only 1 In-Group and 1 DID is assigned for that program, In-Group Call Handle Method is CIDLOOKUP to search the phone number in the entire system. I also created separate Campaign and List ID for this Inbound.

My question is.. when phone number was found in 1 of the 5 outbound campaigns, will the call be saved in that campaign? Or in the In-Group List ID assigned? If it will be saved in the In-Group List ID, my concern is if the call from Inbound was tagged as finalized, number will still be called again from outbound.

Thanks ;)

If you use cidlookup and the cid matches a lead, it will not create a new lead and it will not "move" the lead from the list it is already in. The lead will stay right where it is, and there will only be ONE of it with the status chosen by the agent at the end of that inbound call.

Great job on posting your specs (although it would be nice if you put the words "Vicibox" and "Vicidial" next to their respective versions ... and actually included the Vicidial Version number instead of JUST the build ... ;) )

Thanks william :)

One more thing... what if the inbound caller uses a different phone, then no info popped on the agent's screens because phone number was not found in our database, how will we handle that? Is there a way that we can add a Search button on the agent screen (not using the Search For A Lead in the admin page)? The agent can ask the customer for alternate phone number and then search it to the database, and when found info will automatically populate on the screens.
