how do i fix this kind of error:

problem connecting to localhost , port 5038. connection refused at /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_conf_update.pl line 256

im sorry i forgat to include the specs

it appeared to my server notification under /var/spool/mail/root

do i miss something?

but when i did restart my server ..its ok now.
