Do you have any errors showing up on your Firefox Javascript Console?
What build of vicidial.php are you using?
Please post some Real Asterisk CLI output when you try to do this(not asterisk -r)?
Please post the output of "screen -r".

Hi
Output of screen -r
root@asterisk:~# screen -r
There are several suitable screens on:
3988.asterisk (Detached)
4047.ASTlisten (Detached)
4054.ASTsend (Detached)
4059.ASTVDauto (Detached)
4066.ASTVDremote (Detached)
4067.ASTupdate (Detached)
Type "screen [-d] -r [pid.]tty.host" to resume one of them.
There is no Output of CLI while dialing.
But output of asterisk -r when dialing it shows error
root@asterisk:~# asterisk -r

Well, I would say this is your issue:
No such host: ET10
You probably need to figure that out first. Check your phone's configs and your sip.conf file
