All installation and configuration problems and questions

Hi, I'm Richan. Here is my encountered problems in vicidial that until now i was not able to solved. I'm not so well versed in vicidial, please help. 1. very slow calls, like its almost 1 minute the agent is waiting for a call. 2. Time Sync error. 3. Your session have been paused. 4. Call congested.
Any help with this is highly appreciated.Only 25 agents login.

This could be a multitude of different things - and in fact it sounds like multiple issues that could be unrelated.
You should work on one issue at a time. And provide more information... when did the issue begin (if it ever worked properly), when did it stop working, what changed?
