Network Time Protocol (time synchronization error)

Good Afternoon. We're facing some problems with time synchronization. I would like to know if the NTP is related to this problem because we are thinking the clocks aren't synchronized among the hosts and the servers since, for example, the delay and the jitter of ntpqd -q are close to 0. If this is a NTP-related problem, how can I solve it ? how to properly set NTP for Vicidial? Thank you.

You did not post your configuration, which is a requirement for this forum.

However, the way I have my ViciDial cluster setup (I have 1 DB, 1 Apache, 2 telephony servers), is I have designated one server to be the "NTP box". This server (in my case, the DB) syncs with a worldwide NTP server (whichever one is used by default at installation), and then I have all the rest of my servers using the DB server as their NTPs. So, for example, my DB is 192.168.1.150... then my apache server and telephony servers use this IP as their NTP address.

Then, for each of my agent stations I set their clocks to sync with the DB server as well.

You can just set the servers into a common timezone using Tzconfig then put ntpdate -u pool.ntp.org on the crontab so they all will have the same time
