Error: No Data being generated on outbound reports

1) Version of VICIDIAL – 2.4-310a
2) loadavg – 0.37
3) Server Specs – 500G – HD, Quad core, 4G RAM
4) Codecs used – G729
5) VOIP or PSTN - VOIP
6) OS – Windows XP for work stations

this is the exact error when im trying to run exportcall report: "There are no outbound calls during this time period for these parameters"

im sure that all the parameters are correct and i have done this many times before. also we had our operations dial on dates that were specified so im sure that data should be generated.

also, on the 'out bound calling report', it shows zero '0' on all the data. wherein there should be a report displaying the breakdown of calls dispositions.

Try doing a db repair first

Then also check if you have enabled archiving

hi sir, im new with the system.. how would i know which tables need repair? and how can i enable archiving?

Hi guys,

can anyone help me solve this problem please? :( i am not able to create any reports as well as export reports at the moment.. i think it has something to do with the database, but im not sure how to troubleshoot it. please need help guys..

login as root and check your mail, might find some errors there.
and check this log-file: /var/log/apache2/error_log

check archiving
