Custom agent greeting prior to voicemail drop

Vicidial Vicibox Redux 3.1.15/OpenSuse 11.3

I have read the manual but I can't find how to create a custom greeting for the agent instead of the pre-recorded "The person at extension blah is not available". I created a test audio file but can not find it and the Audio store shows blank.
Please advise.
