Switchvox and Vicidial

We are using Switchvox 5.5 with Goautodial 2.0 Vicidial VERSION: 2.4-308a BUILD: 110428-1108 as Autodialer.
We have configure as iax for communication between the two.
Now the person who integrated the 2 systems for call patching is not working here anymore.
I manage the campaigns and switchvox.
The current configuration is such that the calls are patched to individual agents in switchvox. My target to is land it to a queue.

REMOTE AGENTS LISTINGS:
USER LINES SERVER CONF-EXTEN GROUP STATUS CAMPAIGN
107 1 192.X.X.X 9042106 NONE INACTIVE Random

in case above user the call is patched directly to the extension 106 in switchvox.
if try to change the the conf-exten to 9042355 (where 355 is an queue extension) the call drops suggesting "Invalid Extension".
The extension is valid and is working fine in switchvox.

I was wondering how has he configured the extensions to patch call to switchvox so that i can make changes.
