Cant add a second phone

Everything is installed just fine, i can log in and take calls.. No problem.

I added a second phone, setup exactly as I did the first one.. phone is added, user is added... SIP show peers shows both phones in cli are connected and OK.

I try to login to the dialer with the second phone I added and it says its not active in the system.. I know it is because I can make manual calls from it... What gives?

Invariably, the wrong information is being entered. Be sure you are using "agent screen login" and "login password" during the "Phone Login" screen. If you enter that incorrectly, it will accept the information silently and then fail after you enter your user/pass at the Campaign Login. But it was the phone login information that failed, not the campaign login and those who fail re-check the user info, but rarely the phone info, even though it says "your PHONE login and password are not active". For some reason. :)

I had experienced this once. I just did a clear cache on the browser :D

or im a bonehead and didnt pay attention to what i was doing in the phone setup lol :)
