DNC being recalled

Hi guys

We have today seen a weird issue occur.

We are getting customers who have preiously been dispositioned as DNC recalled.

It is only happening on calls received as inbound that have been dispositioned as DNC they are then called again by the outbound dialer within a few minutes.

Is it possible if a lead has been moved into the Dial hopper calls into the system and is dispositioned as DNC, will that remove them from the dial hopper by virtue of the fact they have called back o
in or will they remain in the hopper and still be called?

Regards

If your inbound calls are being stored in a completely different list, then the calls outbound are still capable of being generated from the prior list. If the campaign is not set to adhere to the DNC, this can happen.

IF you have too many leads in the hopper, then calls that are very recently DNC may slip through. Your hopper should have no more than 1 or 2 minutes worth of calls (making it unlikely that an inbound call will overlap an outbound).

Check that the CLI of the inbound number matches the number in the DNC list exactly i.e. the prefix is the same. If the inbound number has for example a 1 prefix it wont match the DNC listed number and so it it will be recalled.
