Hello first i want to say i have reviewed the forums, and the managers manual and i am having big issues trying to get my incoming calls to work

(i know i may be missing the information, but please help out on this issue.

I am trying to set up inbound calls on my dialer, and i keep getting your call cant be completed as dialed, and now i get this number is not in service, but it is showing in the asterisk that there is something happening. I am new at this, and i have reviewed the managers manual, but the rest of the confiration is a bit beyong me, so i am going to try to post as much on this as possible to see if i can get some help, thank you

Hi there
Sorry to state the obvious but make sure you have added a DID and then set the DID route so that the inbound call actually goes somewhere. Its best to just add the DID from the admin interface. It looks like the inbound call is hitting your server which is good news.

Yes, I did build the DID via the directions set by the Managers manual, however, i still seem to be having the same issue. I may rebuild the did, just to make sure i did not miss something, but i followed the directions to a T

The issue was solved, I did everything right on the DID but for some reason, Maybe just being to tired, i did not select the right ingroup ID, wow, i been fighting with sip and config files all day long, and it was such a simple mistake. But i did a test incall, and it worked, thank you hostcomm for trying to help, sadly, i have to blame this one of my ignorants, i am kind of new at this stuff, but everyone is always a good help here.
