Some inbound calls getting wrong phone code

We discovered that for some inbound calls the phone code was set to 1 (USA) while all calls we do should be phone code 31. This results in sales missing in the reports because the last local call time is calculated incorrectly. Does anyone have an idea how this could happen? Most inbound calls have the proper phone code.

Excellent job of posting your specs.

Please post the inbound route that these calls take (both a "correct" one and an "incorrect" one). IE: DID->Ingroup? or DID->Menu->Menu->Ingroup? Do they both use the same DID? (or is one "Default"?)

I don't have the data with me right now but i forgot the default DID existed. Changed the phone code fields in there to 31. Hope that solves it. Thanks Bill.
