Can you explain what VDCL is doing that you want to disable?

VDCL is the default user ID for inbound calls when the call did not go to an agent.

There is no way to "disable" a default field value. It has to be something, even if it's blank, which causes other issues, which is how we ended up putting VDCL in there.

I see this user on an export calls report when sorting out sales for a particular campaign. When I do a lead search by phone number it shows that it did in fact go directly to an agent.
Are there other scenarios where this appears, other than when a call did not go to an agent?
