Trying to set up blended calling with inbound caller id. The problem I run into is that the dial method must be Ratio/Level 1 for blended with inbound caller id but the agents need the "Dial Next Number" button which only appears when dial level is set at 0. Is there another setting which overrides this one and allows me to use both? Thanks in advance.

I believe you should be using inbound manual as your dial method. You will set your In-Group Call Handle Method: CIDLOOKUP then make sure that in-group is allowed in the campaign. This will still allow them to receive inbound calls and use the Dial Next Number button.
