Hi Guys,

Is there a way that we can pull out the recordings in bulk. For example, I want to pull out all the recordings that was tagged as BUSY or ANSWERING MACHINE or etc in one single click?

Thanks. Your response will be highly appreciated.

There would not be a recording for a busy signal, just an AB or B dispo. Also, there is low probability that there are recordings for A, and none for AA. If you have agents leave VM when they dispo A, and you are ALLFORCE on recording, then you would be able to at least pull a report to show you the leads that qualify. There is no one click solution to pulling call recordings through the admin GUI.

HI Staydog,

OK - So what are the other way to do that? Lets say 100+ leads that was tagged as NOT INTERESTED. And we want to pull it out all rather than doing it manually. Is there any script that I should run or any other idea.. Hope you could help. Thanks

/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_GSM_SALE_recordings.pl is your friend, read the comments in the file to modify for other statuses.
