Fronter Closer Report not calculating

I have a fronter group and closer group. When the fronter transfers a call he codes it Xfer, when the verifier completes the call they code it Sale. This usually updates the fronter record to show a sale...
I had a few fronters calling back their sold sales to verify if they were sold and would code it as a NA or NI, which would take away their sale. To get rid of this problem I deleted SALE from the system status and created the code SALE inside of the Verification Campaign. This caused all the stats to show calls or Xfers but never show if they were a SALE. So I deleted the Sale disposition from the Verification campaign and made it a system status again.... however the reports are still messing up.
What happened and how do I fix it =)

create a duplicate of your system in a virtual box (vmware, virtualbox, vsphere ...) and play with that next time instead of messing up your live installation.

back up your db before you make systemic changes (even if you don't do a full restore, you can extract any accidentally deleted records for just such an occasion ...)

in the /usr/src/astguiclient/[version]/extras folder you should find the first_server_install.sql file. search this file for "SALE" (upper case) and you will find the sql command to create your entry.
