I was wondering if it is possible to integrate a inbound toll free number to vicidial machine and assign it to a single sip like in trixbox and elastix. We had a new voip provider and they were having problem setting up the inbound routs through trixbox and asking if we can configure it on our vicidial machine.

yes possible.
1. configure your voip account in vicidial with context=trunkinbound
2. create a new DID with DID route to phone , and then enter your sip extension under phone option.
