aux's time

Hi All,

Aux changes per agent are not totaled together in the monitoring screen. Instead as the agent changes aux codes it refreshes.

I'm looking to change the timer count to reflect how long has it been since they have taken their last call regardless of whether or not they change aux's or come out of aux and are ready for the call. Also, the time should reflect the call time during the call.

thanks.

I'm guessing he means Pause Codes. In Avalla (...I know..., it uses a 'y' instead of 'll'...), they call those Auxiliary modes. If you wanna' go to break you need to click 'Aux Mode' and then enter a number for the aux mode you want (eg. 1 -> Break, 2 -> Lunch, etc)

Hey, thanks for the clarification. I get it now. :)

! Sounds like a Feature Request!

I strongly suggest you post it in the Vicidial Issue Tracker (link at the top of this page) and then Post it in the "Feature Request" Board with a link to that Issue Tracker (or at least back here). And seriously consider Sponsoring the feature to get it added to the system.

Sounds like it won't be too hard to create, but so far noone has apparently paid for it to be created :)

If you want it to be "Part of Vicidial" Permanently Guaranteed (Translates to: Don't have to "redo it" when you upgrade!), be sure to have The Vicidial Group do the work or be sure whomever you have do it submits it to The Issue Tracker as a Diff file against the latest version upon completion even if it costs a bit extra.
