Vicibox 3.1.15
VERSION: 2.6-370a
BUILD: 120529-2112
1 DB Server
1 Web Server
4 Agent Only Servers - ( 1 channelized T1 -> ADTRAN TSU600 24 port FXO -> agent phones) per server
3 outbound dialing servers
1 Ubuntu FTP/HTTP server for call recording storage and recall only

All campaigns are configured for forced recording. Calls on all other servers are recorded, compressed and ftp's to the recording storage server without any issue.

I recently added another server to my multiserver setup and had it setup with 150 outbound extensions. The load on the server is about 34% dialing 150 lines with no issues with call quality. My question is it seems that for some reason asterisk is not even generating the WAV call recordings. I have checked and 8309 is setup as the recording extension in all campaigns. Also call recording works on all other servers. I am able to verify that no calls are being recorded by asterisk but I am lost to the reason why. I tested it last night and all seemed fine.

Given the stock number of conferences added when a server is added with ViciBox what is the max number of outbound I can dial? Does recording use a additional conference?

I've looked and looked and the systems appear to but configured identically but the new one will not record.

Any ideas???

I think I may have been looking in the wrong place.. are calls recorded on the server the agent is on or the server the call is originated on? If its set to the campaign?

I found the issue... The FTP directory on the agent server that is mainly using the new outbound dailing server had the wrong FTP directory in the astguiclient.conf.. Found it by running the audio crontab entries one at a time with --debugX... --debug which I origianlly ran did not show any errors... Oh well live and learn..
