Setting priorities

We have a vici system in our sales office consisting of closers and sales people, we would like to set priorities in ranking to those that are on blended
I.E:
4 blended callers
would like to rank those as to whom we would like th transfers to go to in order rather than by wait time.
after reading through the manual and searching forums i have found nothing on the topic. is this possible? if so how can it be done?
