Manual Dial not allowed, lead not in list?

Posted: Tue Jun 19, 2012 3:43 pmSounds like you have a manual dial filter enabled on your campaign. This is normally done to prevent agents from calling number that are not in your lists such as their friends, and wasting time on those calls.
