HI guys i have a DID # where calls come in for incoming call but routed to ingroups INBOUND_AGENTS but i wanted to add a supervisor foR local transfer which i created SUP_INGROUPS, question does i need to add Dummy DID# fro this..? or no need just an Ingroup..?

The dummy DID# would be intended for the SUP_INGROUPS, coz the INBOUND_AGENTS ingroup are live DID#. but supervisor is just fro local transfer

You can create a ingroup like "Supervisor_Ingroup". The supervisor must be login as agent and must be login in this specific ingroup. When the agents transfers the call, the supervisors will receive it. You do not need to create a dummy DID.
